They allow other tenants to take pictures of your pets and videos. Your pets are like your children and you would not like it if other tenants to video or take pictures of your kids so it should be the same for your pets. Even if that person feels like your dog barking is obnoxious. What is sad is when your landlords knows about it and allows it. I know longer feel safe.

Lived there for 4 years. They have a "No rent Rule" where renters can not live in your mobile home if you move away only the owners can live in their mobile home. Good rule to have keeps out the Riff Raff. Thanks Elm Grove.
Strict guidelines make this place a great place to live. Playgrounds and swimming pool. Family friendly.
Great place but the people that run the place (not the owners they live in another state) are not very friendly and nit pick every little thing like you mow yard miss a 1 inch strip and give you warning or citation
