This site won't let my review post without a star rating. Four separate times this year alone, my mail carrier reported that my medications from the TRICARE Mail Order pharmacy WAS DELIVERED, when he hadn't delivered it. I've reported this over and over again to USPS HQ, who alleged an investigation was conducted,. The alleged supervisor at Copper Mountain told me each time he would see the "matter would be taken care of." Mysteriously, within the next day or two, my medications were delivered to my mail box. These are the SAME medications my carrier had previously indicated had already been delivered. Some heads need to roll and a good "housecleaning" needs to be done at this place!!! This Post office does not deserve a star rating!!! Hire some competent personnel and provide some INTENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE training!!!

They have poor customer service when you call they won't answer it takes about over 6 hours no joke! Today I got home and had a package in the middle of my porch and was thinking who would just put it there so I watched our recordings from our cameras and found that the man had just THROWN it onto my porch! It was not breakable but that's not the point.

The clerk wanted to tell me they deliver by name. Not address. Which is funny because I've been receiving mail for the past 4 years that is addressed to the person who lived in the house before me. Makes no sense. Needs to quit being a jerk for one minute.

Very poor service for searching out an undelivered package from Amazon, it's been almost 30 days now and I've had no luck trying to get it resolved using a tracking number, recipients may not have returned it to PO like honest people would. I'm out $$ and my Grandson is out a gift. They don't have enough phone support for their customers either.

***Unhappy Customer*** My mail was delivered to the wrong house and when I called to inquire I received a rude JERK named Jonathan who refused to give his last name but claimed to be the supervisor! If the supervisor acts that way I can see why the staff don't give a hoot about customer satisfaction. How is it that they loose your mail then make it your fault and offered no help when I stated I wanted to file a claim. Little does he know my dad is a Post Master and brother is a postal supervisor! I will be contacting the Postal Inspector ASAP if anyone would like that number to file a complaint please let me know cause we need to get him out of there! I now understand why people go "postal."
