Super friendly really good food fast and professional Domino's never fails to please me
I dislike writing reviews and I rarely do it even when i continually receive bad service/food not to order but I feel it's time to leave a review about this location!! When the delivery guy arrives at my home he was banging on my door and he was very rude ~ I will never order from this place again ~ 1. My order is NEVER CORRECT 2. When I'm spending money I would like to be treated like they care that I selected their franchise/business ~ this guy was very rude unprofessional
Odd experience, I called to add one size of ranch to my online order. The guy they answered sounded rushed and unsure how to even charge my card. He said just give him cash, um, I'm visiting and I'm not carrying cash. He started stuttering about re running my card give him a second, then wanted to wait to rerun it... That's a lot of extra work for one thing. I just told him to forget it, thanked him (for what I'm still not sure) and hung up. Maybe just charge my original method of payment sir? Or call a supervisor.
6/21/2017, 5:30 p.m. Walk-in for carry-out. A manager was working the front counter. He was very courteous and easy-going. Even though the kitchen was busy, my order was ready much quicker than the approximate wait time of 15 minutes. And my order was correctly done. During my wait, I observed the manager provide very helpful assistance with another walk-in customer to decide on their order choices, then very calmly provide assistance to them as they were having trouble processing the payment. He did this as he was on the phone with a call-in customer, expertly juggling both fluidly. The other phone line was ringing during this and another crew member came up to the from counter to take care of that call-in customer.
Maybe I'm asking too much...
The pizza tasted really good, but they cut it in to little tiny squares. Not slices, not rectangles, but 3 in x 4 in squares of pizza. CRAZY! The lady was trying to cheat us out of the sauces that we payed extra for, and said they don't have packets of Parmesan cheese. WHAT KIND OF PIZZA PLACE DOES'NT HAVE PARMESAN CHEESE??!? If you come here, the pizza is amazing, but make sure they don't cut it like they are crazy.
