Straight to the point, he's rude. He started asking personal questions that had nothing to do with my insurance. When he asked about my insurance history he questioned my answers as if to insinuate that I wasn't being honest. When I stated that the question was a bit personal and that he didn't need to know certain things he was asking he told me I'd be better off calling someone else, and I responded with yes because he's been rude for the all of 5 minutes we'd be on the phone and he hung up in my face. Extremely unprofessional.
