I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I have called for the last 2 months to make a payment and the first time I was left on hold for 34 mins. This month I was asked for a callback number so someone could call me back. That was on 05/01 and it is now 05/09 and NO CALLBACK. I will be reporting this location to corporate.
