I would NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone. As of today's date I have been with Acceptance for a little over a year. For LIABILITY ONLY for a 2012 dodge ram 1500 I was paying $150 per month. Recently my husband and I decided to buy another vehicle, and before we bought this vehicle we called to see what the insurance was going to run us because we were looking at a challenger. We were quoted $300 per month for BOTH vehicles, so we bought the car. When we went down and officially added the car to our policy it stayed at only $300; however, they created a new policy and did not close the old policy which meant I had 2 separate policies with them for the same vehicles. The week after we put the new car on our policy I get our first bill with the car on it which states it is only $142, but when I logged in on the website my insurance went up to $580. When I am talking to the manager for the store about my rate spiking almost $300, she informed me that the agent that helped us initially did not set our policy up right and that she has messed up multiple policies. She also informed me that she was leaving to take a general manager position in the Houston area and that the agent that "has messed up multiple policies" would be taking over the Killeen store. Feeling defeated I left the store with the intention of finding a new insurance company, but I checked the website this morning when I got to work and my insurance went up to $718 over night. How? Why? Because Erin Cellers did not add all of the information she should have. So I went and spoke with the manager, Nanette, again this morning. She was able to get my insurance back down to the $580, however she refused to give me the number for the corporate office stating they only have an address and wanted to talk badly about other insurance companies when I stated that I would be looking elsewhere for my insurance needs. My next step after this review is calling the Better Business Bureau, the Texas State Board of Insurance and finding the number for the corporate office. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give it negative stars I would!
