AC went out at 5:15 on Saturday afternoon. Temp outside was 102 degrees. I checked and saw that the condenser fan outside was buzzing but not moving. I called several service companies, all highly rated on google. CWS was the 3rd call and first to answer. Jonathan told me he'd be by my house in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he pulled in, made an inspection, and immediately found the problem (bad capacitor.) Jonathan repaired it within 10 minutes, including checking freon level. While he worked we chatted, and he is as friendly as he is knowledgeable. Bottom line: late call on a weekend that was repaired fast and at a reasonable price. Thanks Jonathan! CWS will be my go-to company for future service.
The best repair service that I have ever received. Ken the technician was amazing. He arrived within an hour on a 100 degree August day.
