I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy furniture and I paid to have it delivered back to Dallas. She told me my delivery date would be Monday so I took off work to be there. Monday, we called and she told us we would need to wait until Tuesday because they had another order to deliver on Monday. My spouse and I slept on the floor and I had to take another day off work the next day. When delivery arrived, my tables were not on the truck. I called and she said she would have them sent out the next day but received no confirmation call until she asked if I could come get the tables. I told her I could not drive back out there so she recommended that she send me the money for the difference since the financing had already been done. The next day, she said she had not sent the check yet but would the next day. Two days later, we get a call and she has still not sent the check stating that the financing company would not allow it. I asked her to send back out via delivery and she hung up on me. Terrible service.

We purchased a beautiful Ashley living room and bedroom set. The staff was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. I felt like we got a great deal. We even got free delivery the same day.
The owner is an absolute professional. She will work with you on any selection you make and she will honor all sales. It was refreshing to shop and purchase (hassle free) from Furniture World for my new contemporary pieces!!!
I can't believe I've lived here all these years and didn't know about this store! I read the reviews but decided to go look anyway. The store reps were extremely nice and they had great furniture with GREAT prices. Went in to buy used furniture but came out with a new set instead. All prices were negotiable so they worked me a bundle deal and even delivered it for free the same day. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks!
