Recently my cousin passed away and the staff was so kind and comforting. Belinda and Tom showed great care for our family by making us feel that there was nothing for us to be concerned with in our time of loss. They made him look so at peace and natural and the friendliness they showed everyone in attendance made this difficult time so much easier. The staff made us feel completely at ease during the entire process. We could not ask for any better experience.
If possible I would give no stars. My family used this funeral home in december any they were terribly rude and unprofessional. They sat in the office for most of the viewing and their cell phones went off the entire evening. The staff never turned on the outside lights and people could not see to leave this was dangerous many of the people there were older. The staff gave me an attitude when I reqested certain songs form the cds we provided. The staff kept walking around with persoal food and items interupting conversations and times between family. Thee staff had very rude and inconsiderate smirks on their faces. I will never use this funeral home again. They also provided the wrong burial details and this caused issues.
Belinda and the staff were very sweet and compassionate people. They helped a lot with all the funeral arrangements for my aunt this past week and couldn't have picked a better place to host the wake. Belinda espcially was very caring and took time out of her own personal day to make sure everything was perfect for my aunt. Thank you so much
I absolutely loved every aspect of this funeral home. The funeral director was very helpful and compassionate. The service they offered for the price was outstanding, definitely went above and beyond what was expected.
