I generally hate going to the dentist due to all bad experiences in the past. However on my most recent visit the care and great treatment that I received was beyond excellent. I had to have an extraction done, and in the past I have had many occasions where I was not numbed enough. Dr. Tamkeen and her dental assistant Jenna made sure I was nice and numb. She tested and listened when I explained to her what I was feeling. She promised me that I would only feel pressure and she stood by her word. I was terrified of the whole process, to the point of me shaking and she took her time and I am so thankful. I will continue to get all of my oral care done with her for as long as she is here at Kool Smiles! Thank you ladies so much!!
I brought my daughter in to try to get her cavity filled. We originally tried at our regular dentist office, but it was a very bad experience for her, so I thought I’d try a more kid friendly place. What a difference! Dr Tamkeen was simply amazing and the assistant Desire was great with my daughter. Not only did she get her cavity filled, but the doctor also pointed out other cavities our doctor missed, and took the time to show me the X-rays and explain everything. We will definitely be switching dentists!
Great staff, great experience, highly recommended. I recently moved to Killeen and Kool Smiles was recommended to me by a friend . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had questions about my insurance since I just moved here and the office manager Janice went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I am so relieved to find a place so quickly that I actually feel good about bringing my family to. Thank you!
able to pull her tooth the same day.. I appreciate how Desire took my daughter in the back so that I can stay in the waiting room with my other children. She was very professional and communicated with me on the treatment that was involved on getting my daughter tooth out. This was our first visit and I would recommend anyone to go to this dentist office. Great environment ☺ Great workers
Jessica & China were GREAT with my kids!! The front office staff helped figure out our insurance problems and were very fast getting us back even though it seemed like she (I think the manager) was training the other person. My kids loved the play area and wanted to stay and play after their appointment. We will definitely be back!
