I've always been impressed by warm, friendly, positive and professional atmosphere of Killeen Dental, whether it by Dr. Gneiting, Dr. Martin, Jennifer Young (Hygienist), Meghan (Hygienist) or any of the other support staff present. Scheduling has been prompt. When I had a reaction to treatment, they got me in quick and efficiently - 'nipped it in the bud'. The care and service provided by all on board has been top notch! My only regret is that we're moving soon , and have to find someone new... They have Big Shoes to fill. Thanks to all at Killeen Dental. You've been great to my wife and I! God Bless you all!
I was very nervous upon entering the office. The receptionists at the front desk were polite and took the time to answer all my questions. Ashley's bubbly personality helped calm my nerves. Ashley, Jennifer, and Dr. Davila are very knowledgeable. They listened to my list of concerns and addressed them beyond my expectations. Their explanations and compassion made it easy to put my trust in them. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone new to the Killeen area or no longer happy with their dentist.
Pleasant experience for the whole family 8 years old and up. We have had several crowns and a wisdom extraction plus normal cleanings and fillings. Also as pleasant an experience as possible.
I was referred by my co-worker about five years ago. It was the best decision we made. Killeen Dental sets the bar extremely high concerning professionalism, care, order, and details. No matter how many times we've received their service, they are consistent in regards to patient care. Dr. Gneiting and Jennifer are amazing, and the other staff are too. Another plus...a clean and well-kept facility! Kudos to all of them! They work in unity and it is quite obvious they love what they do!
