Today I had a root canal done and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I received a call from the office to let me know that a spot was available for today so it was short notice and I am so grateful for them fitting me in. I find the staff to be reassuring while carrying out procedures. I suffer from anxiety but they helped a great deal. This was overall a good experience. Thank you!
So my daughter had an appointment and because of the Thanksgiving holiday I got sidetracked running errands and missed the appointment. I called to reschedule the appointment and I was told that she can never ever come back there and that I need to find a new dentist. So apparently these people think that life never happens and that people don't get sidetracked and have family issues and accidentally miss an appointment so they just basically tell you that you're never allowed to come back. 0 stars for these people. I would not recommend going here if you ever think that you will ever have a life problem or life issue and think that you may have to miss an appointment. What a bunch of ignorant asses
I recently moved to Texas, and was looking for a good dentist and orthodontist in the area. After doing some research online, I decided to try this establishment. I couldn't be happier with my choice! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I'm finally working towards the smile I've always wanted! They make it affordable with their in house insurance that they offer and they patiently answer all of the questions I ask. I definitely recommend this office!
Had a dental emergency come up and they were able to fit me in on the same day and fixed me up. The staff was so friendly, the procedure and cost was explained to me in detail. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.
House of Smiles continues to provide excellent service several years later. They are now officially our family dentist, as all three of my children and I are now receiving dental care there. My two younger children were extremely comfortable and relaxed while being tended to during their first visit today. They've actually told me they want to continue to go to my dentist, and they will!
