Lazy......they don't care about the loved ones things when they r out there....they damage things when they mow,weedeat or whatever....that cemetery could look alot better if they took pride in where people's loved ones are laid to rest.....headstones on the ground...just plain lazy if u ask me...........really needs to be cleaned up better and headstones placed back that fell over...makes no sense at all
