Kosha did my hair for the first time a few weeks ago. She is very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable & looked great when I left. Cozy sitting area. Very cute clothes up front. Even cupcakes & chips for purchase if pure hungry. I bought some pureology products which have made my hair feel amazing & clean.
My 2 daughters and I love Shellys! Koscha is the best and always listens to what we want and makes us gorgeous. Bobbi, Fran and Carol are all great too.
Definitely not a great experience for the first time going there. I will never go back and I'm super disappointed with the way my hair turned out. Also, I was quoted one price over the phone with what I wanted and then charged WAY more at the end, and was told I had to pay for it. Of course it was 8pm and I was there all day so I was in the mood to fight. I was there 8 hours total, it was horrible. I left with fried hair and it messed with my natural curly hair which I told her in the beginning. I gave a specific time I had to pick up my kids and I was 15 minutes late because I wasn't listened to. Yes, they were nice but that doest make up for all the bed. I have called and posted other reviews and no one has ever gotten back to me. I would have gave them another chance but not now.
Wonderful staff and owners. A highly skilled group of artists that you can trust! The salon environment is inviting and beautiful! It's very clean and super comfortable. Highly recommend!
I'm very particular about my hair and Bobbi is the only one in Killeen that I trust! I've gone to a ton of stylists in the area looking for someone to cut it the way I like. Bobbi figured it out quickly and I haven't looked back since! She's also super knowledgable about products and helped me figure out how to style it properly! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
