Overall service was okay and I was satisfied with my hair. For anyone looking for a new salon, I would return however I would book an appointment to ensure a spot and would bring to the stylist attention any concerns with service right away (rather than sitting through it) to enhance your salon experience.
My name is Makayla. I'm a senior in high school. I made an appointment with Mrs. Mimi for highlights. I wanted to look my best for senior pictures. Mrs. Mimi made me look like a model! My hair turned out Amazing! Mrs. Mimi never disappoints me. Thank you Salon Upscale keeping my hair slayed.
Cons: Only two stylists appear to work at salon; chair was not cleaned off from previous customer hair clippings; shampoo was not relaxing was rather rough (however I never told stylist she was scrubbing too hard); did not receive a cape to protect clothes from shampoo and foam drippings had to ask for it

Pros: Salon accompanied a walk-in service in reasonable amount of time; hair was done in under an hour and half; end state of hair style was satisfactory

Not for someone with Hispanic hair, my hair smells burned not really what I was expecting but I needed my hair done for thanksgiving
