Worst bank ever. I opened a new account and they closed my account just a few weeks later because I had rented a car for $678 and I thought I had enough in that account, including the deposit for the car in my bank account, none the less when Avis took their money I got over drawn only $138. A few days later when I went to pay the balance and deposit my check they told me they had permanently closed my account and mind you I was updating them and even went in person to let them know that I would be paying a few days later and the misunderstanding with the car rental. Super rude Fraud department on top. NEver use this bank. They are not reliable on top of charging way more a month for maintenance fees than other banks.
A normal visit will generally show two people, at the counter working. A big lines of customers waiting for service, and a half dozen supervisors chatting.
Big joke. Worse Bank of America ever! Came at 9 AM line was at the door with only one cashier. Came back at 4:15 PM line was still at the door with one cashier. Had to wait until 5:21 to deposit my check. Very poor service. I will close my account. It's ridiculous.
Bad experienced!. I cashed my money order and got returned and charged me $40 for it. I went there and see if they can figure what's going on but NO help at all!...In Fact, they are very rude and told me that the money order could be fake!..I found out that it was the Teller's fault for scanning it more than once!..Now, I'm thinking about closing all my accounts from this bank..Note to the Teller: next time be careful what you're doing ok!...
ive been to this bank 5 times since ive been in killeen and every single time i come the line is almost out the door. theres only one person working the front while others just walk around. the wait time to STAND in line is over an hour. whats the point of having 5 windows at the front, if only 1 remains open?
