The donuts are fresh all the time. My kids love the donuts holes. Customer service is good too, need to say that most of the time I take the window.
Only reason I gave 4 star was that my last purchase I ask for half a dozen donuts (3 Choco 3 glaze) I guess she was out because I had a variety of donuts. I should be informed that she is out and asked if I want different kind of donuts.

Best Donuts lost a loyal customer today. After arriving home with a box of donuts that were supposed to be jelly filled, once again they were not. This has happened to me more then three times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
