I would have originally given this business a 5 Star rating... however recently it has come under new management that has made my experiences there sadly more frustrating than relaxing. As this is now the third time my previously scheduled appointment has been rescheduled, much less via text message… I will NOT be returning & will take my business to a more professionally managed spa. A few suggestions … #1 while texting a client you should ALWAYS make sure their name is spelled correctly. #2 Repeat clients should always be your first priority. You should fit new people in around them, not before them. #3 Texting is NOT professional & abbreviations are even less professional! #4 In the event that rescheduling an appointment becomes necessary & not just more profitable, common courtesy is still a phone call. #5 All of your massage therapists are FANTASTIC... Your management & negative attitude on the other hand is a disappointment! I truly hope you can succeed, but I would recommend a different, more professional, client orientated approach!
The floors were dirty, the massage therapist who was supposed to do my appt was too busy on her cell phone to get to me in a timely manner, it smelled like smoke in the waiting room, and i was not even greeted as i walked through the door. AWFUL PLACE.
