First time here and was satisfied with the meal. I ordered beef fried rice and it was severed hot and delicious. The egg rolls were also delicious. Had to wait for our server to check on us and request a refill.
Otherwise it was a great place too eat.I now have a Chinese restaurant to visit routinely.
Ordered food for delivery, waited an hour and a half for it, when it came, the rice was over cooked, there was no crab in the crab rangoons, and my noodles were undercooked, and the meat was under cooked as well. Called them to tell them about it, they wanted to know if we ate it and how much, etc...we only tasted it so there was no issue. The manager, who wouldn't give me his name, got on the phone and said they would come pick up the food, take it back, examine it, then decide if they were going to remake the food or refund our money. So basically, we're going to be out our $40, and you're not going to remake it? He started being rude, and said, no, now we're not going to come get the food, we're not going to remake it, and we're going to keep your money. I said, ok, we'll be up there in a minute and you can tell me and my husband to our faces that you're going to steal money from us. I repeatedly asked for the manager's name, the owner's name and contact info, and they refused to provide it. Some girl in the background started yelling that we were threatening them and they were going to call the police. So I called them myself. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll be notifying the health dept that they are serving undercooked meat, and also contacting the BBB to file a complaint.
I ordered at 430pm, a bill totalling to $50 after a $5 nonrefundable delivery fee. I give my address twice, an address I've lived at for 6yrs. I wait. Then get a text "here". Wait and 13 mins later nothing. I call and the man says I knocked and nobody answered. Then he says what kind of car I have and what is my address? I state it and that if he came to my house my alarm would alert me of a visitor at my door to which he replied he didn't ring the bell or knock but would turn around and bring the food. I call the restaurant and make a complaint. And was told that I gave the wrong address and that it was basically my fault that the mix up happened and I gave them the wrong address. Not at all likely. This management is unprofessional to say the least. You would think with the amount they charge they would have at least an outstanding professionalism.

Don't order the steamed chicken and vegetables unless you plan to eat just that with zero rice and sauce. Those things cost extra. Never been to a restaurant that will try to squeeze every bit of money out of you for "extras" that should be included to this extreme before. We won't ever be back and I pulled a dick move and didn't leave a tip but all these extra fees gotta come out of somewhere.
Spent $40.00 for my order not to be complete afyer calling about my order it took two hours to recieve the rest of my missing order was unable to speak with upper mangament was told i could recieve a dollar back or a dollar credit will never eat from them again
Do not give this company your business. From what I can tell they are not worth your time and money. I wish I had read the reviews before hand
Go in on 2 hours after my order was placed I canceled and requested a refund and was informed of receive it in 10 business days.
