Had to repeat the order SEVERAL times. I'm glad there was screen with my order so I could correct it and make sure they got it correct. Took the 2 burgers home, and they used 2 pieces of regular toasted bread in place of the hamburger buns. I gave 2 stars only because I got my food fast.
Waited at the drive thru for about ten minutes and was not even greeted. Then I drove to one of the stalls and pushed the red button like a hundred times. Just a bunch of kids working there. Nobody ever answered. They were just in there bullshittin around. Kept looking at me too as I waved. I liked the place, but will never go back
Worst experience I have ever experienced at a Sonic. The Sonic on Clear Creek in Killeen Texas ruined my evening with my Niece and Brother. I ordered a Coffee, a cheese burger with no vegetables, fries and a lemon lime. Upond arrival of my meal, the waist staff handle me my coffee fully top. I ask the young lady for cream, sugar and a stearl stick..she stated we have nothing to stearl the coffee with an no cream. I than handed the cheese burger to my nieces who has been hungry from a long road trip to find out that she is straying to scrape the onions and vegetables from her burger. Now my seven year old niece is struggling and dissatisfied. Ive also grabbed my lemon lime drink and places it on the cup holder. I than headed to the front door of Sonic and knock on the road for some assistance. I informed the Staff to correct my niece cheese burger and to give me cream and something to stearl my coffee..the young lady went inside and handle me cream an a spoon..recall the first person refuse to go back inside an get me the cream an spoon.. what's worse the first staff member even ASK for a tip. I headed back to my car to wait for my Chee's burger an as I picked up my cup of limon lime I noticed it was wet. After further investigation the cup had a hole at the bottom and leak every where. finally my damn cheese burger came an the this time it was ok, the cheese wasn't even melted, implying the beef party was cold..But since my niece was hungry that will do for now...I requested napkins to clean up the mess from the drink Sonic caused and requested a new one... Finally a young man brought my drink an more napkins. .I only hope that Sonic feels good about the service they provided me...I know that Sonic didn't deserve the sign at there front door. Sincerely one pissed uncle
Car hops have zero customer service skills. I literally had my food thrown at me bc they had messed up my order. As she corrected the drink incorrection, she hands be the drink, rolls her eyes and walks away...no apology, thank you, have a good day.... seriously, if you hate your minimum wage job that much quit...don't treat people like they are an inconvenience to you....come on Sonic get it together... I come here almost daily and this place gets worse and worse.....but luckily I won't be returning nor advising any of my business partners along clear Creek or Stan Schlueter to go here for lunch...
Went here to get dinner with my wife, I ordered a burger with onion rings and my wife ordered the chicken tenders with fries. The total was about $16 i gave the carhop $21 to get some change for my bigger bills, and the girl would have walked off with my change if I hadn't have yelled for her, and even then she didn't give me my change in full. Our food was garbage, the onion rings tasted like ass and my wife had barely edible chicken. Had to call back to the kitchen because they refused to give us any sauce. Over all, poor service and food. Would not recommend this Sonic to anyone.
