If the sauce had a boss this place would be the sauce boss. 10 doctors in a blind test out of 10 would recommend. The mariachi band music is a unwritten rule that this place is great. If only a random abulito can serve the food

This is one of our favorite travel stops when passing through on the way to visit family. Good food, easy access to parking from the highway and fast, friendly service are the perfect combination for a quick stop. However, the highlight is the opportunity to meet and thank our service men and women who represent the Mighty Ft Hood.
We visited the Killeen location. The food is great and service even better. We called ahead with a pretty good sized order. But it was for a breakfast order at midnight. They brought in the breakfast cooks to make our order. The guys on the construction crew really enjoyed the tacos. Thank you Rosa's!!
I always get crispy chicken tacos with a pint of spanish rice and two fresh tortillas. I put the rice in the tortillas and add the fresh salsa to make the tastiest rice burritos. I love Rosa's. When payday rolls around, I can hear her siren call; tempting me with her tender chicken. Compelling my hunger. Great food at a reasonable price.
