Do not waste your time and money here! My food was incorrect twice and when I finally got my correct order my fries were ice cold. When I told the manager he just looked at me, so I had to ask if I could get hot fries. I waited another 10 minutes. Finally get fries, but no ranch. So I wait again. Still waiting on my drink through all of this. Waitress brings drink , blames it on someone else forgot my drink. This Red Robin is horrible. The food isn't great and the service is awful. The manager did not even attempt to make anything better. You think being served cold food would be some kind of sign to fix some things. Worse part they weren't even busy. So if you don't mind paying for poor service and mediocre food then by all means go to Red Robin in Killeen.
I went here in the evening. The wait to be seated wasn't too bad. The waitress took a while to come take our order. I saw later on that she was working the bar also. My kids like the fact that they have bottomless fries. I like the fact that you can check yourself out at the table.
Place was great I have never been here before but waitress was lovely, knew her stuff and had a great sense of humor. I received my food quickly and everything looked presentable nothing looked thrown together. The place has endless fries, only complaint is it seems they serve you one potato at a time so I felt I was sending my waitress back and forth constantly which I don't want to do. But great place!
I had a late lunch here today with my mom and we were not disappointed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with guacamole (I forgot what the menu called it.) and I enjoyed it very much. The meat patty was cooked medium, juicy, and seasoned well. The fries were great too. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I'll be back again for sure.
Wanted to wait a while before posting this. Have to say, my first visit after they opened wasn't that great at all. Gave them a while to get settled in and went again. These last few visits have been slammin'
