It was my first time trying Korean food. Service was amazing food was amazing. Everyone is friendly. My husband went to Korea now I want to go too because this food is delicious. They even have vegetarian options for me here which is great. Reasonable prices. Try the vegetable spicy ramen it is so good. I always look forward to coming back and eating here again and again. Can't get enough of it
So the last time I had authentic Korean food this good was when I was stationed in South Korea on the DMZ. At first you walk into this so so establishment and wonder if you have the right address. But a few minutes sitting at the table and then you receive the menu. As you read you realize it is in the two necessary languages, Korean and English. For my first visit I simply ordered what I knew I liked. In this case it was Yakimandu and some Beef Bulgogi with rice. When i say it was AWESOME! I mean it was so delicious that I wanted more but knew better. The portions are perfect size and for $20 I walked out full, satisfied and wanted to return for more! I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Korean food and are in Killeen. I will be back!
This is my go-to place for Korean food. I love this restaurant. The food is always delicious.
The food is great but the service is not so great. We were only visited by the waitress to take our order and bring the food. There was also a piece of hard black plastic in the stir fry which wasn't a big deal bc no one was harmed, but when we showed and mentioned it to the waitress she passed it off as a piece squid bone. It's shape was almost a perfect sphere cut in half. And to my knowledge, squid don't have bones. It was more like a hard black plastic object, definitely not biological. We just didn't enjoy being lied to but other than that the food is great and authentic.
Don't waste your money here. My wife and I visited today only to get breaded shrimp with bugs in the breading, we told the server and she laughed it off and brought us a new order. Then brought us our ramen but gave my wife the wrong type. This had cheese in it and my wife is Lactose intolerant. She explained that to to server who took it away only to bring it back the same but with chicken... We just asked for it to be taken off the check and a to go box for mine. We were told they couldn't do that..... My wife asked me not to make a scene so we left. Paying full price for bug infested shrimp and the wrong ramen. With no care from the staff. Obviously I'll never be going back.
