This place sucks it takes a minimum of 30 mins just to get ur order and when u do , its just not right they always mess up orders I think they should be shut down
This Jack in the Box is located in a very convenient location is very easy to see from traffic whether you coming or going be careful when you enter the restaurant for some reason the floor is always wet or has sticky substance on the floor the restrooms are semi clean the staff is semi fast and the food is great.
Even under new ownership can't get anything right, how difficult is ONLY MAYO AND CHEESE to understand? Went though the drive through, check my food before going home went in to get it fixed sat there while they made 5 other orders before fixing mine, and then it sat there while the guy working flirted and BS'd with the other employee's there so now everything else is cold AND THEY MANAGED TO MESS IT UP AGAIN good job loosing a customer, Worst Jack in the box I have ever been to.
Best service ever. Food better than I remember
I ordered 30 tacos and 4 chicken sandwiches yesterday (06/24) 12 of the tacos were still cold as if they just dressed them without putting them in the grease, chicken sandwiches were burnt and old… got them replaced today (06/25)… guess what… lol… the same experience!!! 8 tacos cold and sandwiches are burnt… I just can't with them!!!
