Will probably never come back here again. We were completely disregard by the waiter, were basically treated like we didn’t exist. We sat and waited for over 20 mins while the waiter sat and bullshited with another table. The waiter was super friendly and nice with the other table but every rude when he finally came over to us. However I will admit that the guy at the front counter was extremely nice and after realizing how long we had waited he came and took are drink order. I have never been treated so poorly and blatantly ignored. I can not believe that their servers are allowed to treat customers like that!!!
Food was pretty good. Many optionsa with great prices. Our server- Sammi was nice. Straight to the point. First time I've had a server not forget anything they didn't write down! Thank you!
Had another great experience at Denny’s in Killeen Tx. My server Maria L., gave me excellent serves. The Belgium waffle were crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The eggs, bacon and sausage where cooked perfectly. I recommending then. The quality of food and service has improved from 4yrs ago.
I'm only giving 4 stars this visit because of kitchen errors. I get that it's military pay weekend, as we are a military town and you are busy, but slow down a touch and get the orders right. Our server Nancy was great as always. I usually give 5 stars, but today was an exception, not the normal.
Coffee was not good and It was cold hotcakes was excellent waitress was very polite and nice her name was Keisha.
