However, service is quick, nice, lot of selection and after the debacle that caused the restaurant to close the first time, I'm glad to see it back again, and renovated. It looks very nice and we definitely don't have that stinky carpet anymore. Hope you succeed, but you have to cook better food. I've been to plenty of Cici's Pizza places through out the country and I know you guys can do better on that category. Thanks!
Cicis has upgraded. The staff is mostly teenagers but they try to accommodate everyone. If you do not see what you want on the buffet, they will make it for you. It is generally not too packed. The prices are reasonable. It is located off of Ft Hood St in front if Big Lots.
I have always loved pizza since I was a child; but the CiCi's in Killeen was a really positive experience! The food was fresh and the workers were happy and busy serving up all the customers as they came in the door. I am impressed by the establishment and will return in the future!
Reason for the three stars
Me and my husband came in the restaurant tonight. We usually come maybe once a month. But tonight was one of the worst visits we've ever had. When we walked in there was maybe 3 booths worth of people there. Yet the whole restaurant was a disaster!!!! There was maybe three or four little pizzas to choose from they were all crunchy and hard when we got them, it was pretty sad. We came in at about 7:45 8: 00 and we left around 9. The whole time we were there nobody cleaned up anything until we were leaving around 9. On top of that me and my husband are very sick from the food we ate. Unfortunately I do not think we will be coming back.
It's a bit pricey for the low quality pizza served. Pizza is dry and overcooked and toppings are barely there. The salad bar is good with a decent selection. Pasta is good.
