Love this place so much! Had the Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken and avacado ranch dressing. So good! Always great service!
Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit with Colby Jack cheese. Received a half done biscuit with 2 spicy chicken tenders and pepper jack cheese. Didn't even receive a receipt to call and get it fixed or return it.
I love this place, they offer to refill my drink for me and also gave me a free milk shake. They are awesome!

The chick-fil-a in Killeen use to be great, however it has seemed to go down in comparison with Cove and Harker Heights. Every time I do a mobile order there seems be something missing or a mistake. Then when I go in to let them the young lady at the counter messed up again and then had an attitude when I told her. What happened to that great chick-fil-a service??
