They are pretty crappy. My child's doctor will call in a prescrip for him in the morning and I will come by around 6pm to pick it up and they will tell me it's out of stock. Ummm why couldn't you have called me and told me it was out of stock I would have had you transfer the medicine to a different pharmacy. Well then all of a sudden they magically had it in stock. They make you wait forever and are truly rude. Only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is there is a hot guy working there. You guys need to step up your game.
It sucks i droped off my meds to be filled of course I'm from Alabama here for my work so they had to call and get them transfered i was told two hours so i waited two and half hours. When went to pick them up just the he tried to call my pharmacy in Alabama i told him they just closed. Now it will be tomorrow. This pharmacy sucks. I need my meds
Terrible. I am used to a 20-30 minute wait for my prescriptions. However, I came to wal mart thinking I could drop off my prescription and pick it up after I am done with my grocery shopping which usually takes an hour or more. The lady at the drop off counter even said it would be ready in an hour and they would call my cell to let me know.... I checked before I left and they still weren't done. Wal Mart finally called me 4 HOURS after I left. I am not happy with the wait, with the attitudes received from the pharmacy cashier and just the overall experience. I will stick to Walgreen's...
