Wow, I was very disappointed today. Went to see Bad Moms Christmas with my husband. After going back up to the front 3 time the movies or reviews never came on. We asked for the manager and this young man refunded our money and never said anything. No I am sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Wow we sat there for 45 minutes. The popcorn isn't that good. Very much disappointed. Get it together young man. Bad management........
I go a couple times a month, generally on weekday afternoons and it's been clean, quiet and a pleasant experience. However, the policy of searching bags and purses for weapons makes me wonder if weekend nights are more rowdy. That's why I tend to go to other theaters at those times.
UPDATE:
I haven't been here since they put in the new theater seating, which ARE nice. However, there are solid walls in front of the seats which block the bottom of the screen. We were in theater 2 and since my daughter couldn't see the whole screen (not to mention I couldn't even see the bottom of the screen), we requested a refund. Too bad I couldn't get a refund for our $5-something bottles of Dasani water. We did get refunds for our movie tickets without a problem. The staff told us the walls are "for safety". Having solid walls which block the view of the screen does not make sense. The seats definitely need to be raised up a little or they need to put in glass safety walls so the view of the screen is not blocked. From what the manager told me, all of their theaters are set up like this. I won't be going back to this location.
Update - we have given regal a couple additional chances. We went this weekend (10-20-17) and the movie was so dark we could not see the faces of the actors. During the previews I spoke with a manager who came and looked and thought it might be the lights in the theater affecting the quality. Once all the lights went down it did not change the quality. At least one other couple requested a refund when we did. I can not understand why they still sell tickets to a theater they know is broken. It was the opening weekend of a show we really wanted to see...we will go somewhere else.
The new assigned seating and reclining seating is awesome!
Update - The movie we went and saw today (11-26-16) was out of focus the entire movie and dark. We spoke with the theater and they did nothing to fix it. According to the employees it has been broken for some time and they are still selling tickets. I may need to get my eyes checked:-) I will be going somewhere else for a while.
Nice people, good movies. The restrooms need some serious help though. I have found cleaner restroom in a rest stop. Seriously guys they shouldn't be trashed before 9pm. One of my first jobs has an adult was cleaning movie theaters especially the rest rooms so I might be a bit critical
They have super clean bathrooms now, the reclining chairs are awesome.
