My husband was brought in by ambulance after a saw accident, the staff was very quick with his care. The doctor examined him and immediately determined he needed to be airlifted to S&W. They were very helpful and concerned about both his medical needs and my emotional needs. The care and helpfulness exceeded the other hospital by far!
This has to be the worst hospital I've ever been to. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PLACE! I took my friend here who felt like she was having a miscarriage. She informed them at the desk of her situation. She was 9 weeks pregnant. They allowed her to sit and wait for 10 hours without being seen. While she was waiting she was miss carrying her baby in ther bathroom. She kept informing them they kept telling her she had to wait. When we first got there another visibly pregnant woman came in and was taken right away. Worst place in the world if your having a heart attach. In my cause I was having heart issues. The wait is ridiculous and the staff dont care. Pamela the front desk associate was just not concerned and Melanie my nurse was just the same. I know I was waiting before a few people here, but they got called before I did. Oh then the nurse Melanie told me my room was being cleaned while she was calling ppl before me on 11/11 at 10:40am. In the end Lora the lab tech was the best part of the whole circus act. They will violate your patience confidentiality right so steer clear and the only punishment receive is a talk. Kate Hune is Asian and she is the worst nurse of them all someone should take her license. This hospital should be under serious investigation.
I came by today to pick up a copy of my records from an ER visit I had and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a Very nice lady, with service with a smile, very professional and friendly. I only wish every department on this hospital was like that. Thank you for your help today Ma’am.
not?! I thought all were. I'm so disgusted with this place. I had to come take my friend to another hospital. We went to seton medical and she was taken instantly. Metroplex get it together. This is America not a third world county. I would never step foot back into this place.
Some nurses are attentive, some are not. Overall, they were good. Its a demanding job, we just have to be patient.
