Just left this place, My girlfriend decided to come visit last minute and I wanted to get her some roses since it was our anniversary - we didn't think we would get to see each other so we were going to celebrate over the weekend instead. Flowers Touch was the second place I visited the first was closed and I was afraid I wouldn't find one open. They were twenty minutes from closing but the lady inside was super friendly and really helped me out. She had it ready in fifteen minutes a dozen roses and a big stuffed monkey - she took some off the price and threw in some candles. This will now be my regular florist, extremely good customer service!!
The florist rocked the custom order and delivered both arrangements as stated! My special lady was brought to tears.

My husband was hospitalized during a Ft Hood training exercise. I can't get to him. His unit had to leave. He's just laying in his bed by himself right now in a lot of pain. The first two flower stores apparently thought the idea of receiving a same-day delivery at 8pm local time was funny.
Be careful with this place you will tell them a 45 dollar arrangement and they will go ahead and charge your card 65 dollars with out your knowledge and then refuse to talk to you on the phone.
I highly recommend this florist. Due to work circumstances, I wasn't able to get the time to contact a florist in the Ft. Hood area to order flower arrangements for that special lady in my life until late in the day on a Saturday. I live in Washington state. I used this florists website to pick a fall basket arrangement and then called to place a custom arrangement order to go along with the basket arrangement. I asked it it was too late in the business day to get the orders delivered that day and was told regrettably no, but that they could deliver it the next day, on Sunday. I pointed out that the website showed they were closed on Sundays, but the florist assured me that delivery would be made and without any additional fees beyond the standard ones. I gave the florist a price range, the primary color and three accompanying colors, and my permission to use their creativity to create the arrangement.

I called A Flowers Touch at 8:15pm, just as the owner was walking out and she quickly offered to change her entire evening of plans to get a funny singing balloon and wonderful flower arrangement to him. Right now. When was the last time a commercial business brought you to tears with their compassion for a total stranger?
This was by far the worst experience of my life. The rudest florist in the world. Nasty nasty nasty individual. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID TO US.
