This company is GREAT!!!!! Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my TV about a year to year and a half ago, but also went way above and beyond looking back in their records today to get me the much needed serial number from the TV they had repaired! WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!
Took my tv there which I have had since 09 the video broad went out and it was fixed in three days once part was received. It has not stopped working yet and would recommend them to everyone.
Spent 35 for diagnosis toward repair. They told me the speaker is blown out and returned radio to me without fixing it. I bought a replacement speaker and wired it up only to find uot that the problem (no sound) still exists. Tested the speaker i took iut of the radio and ut isnt blown out at all. Called CSM electronics and they said i was wrong and there will be no refund for their incorrect diagnosis. What a waste of time, stay away from this place of business they are not helpful.
