I love this place! Super helpful finding what I need, answering questions, and getting me items they don't currently have in stock. I find what I want on Amazon, then I go in to Book Stan to buy it! I love taking my business to an awesome local shop like this! Thank you for making auch a great place for me to purchase games and whatnot for my family!
The back issues were extremely limited and overpriced. I was looking for some books to get signed at a con and he said he could get them no problem from this "warehouse" where the store gets all their books. I have him a list of the books and my phone number. Never heard anything for over a week. So I called the store and the guy said He figured since you ( customer) never heard back from him. ( the store) that you (customer) realized that he didn't have the issues. Who does that? Just a courtesy call would have been nice. The owner is a condescending @$$hole.
Best Comic and game store in Killeen, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Terry is amazing. If he doesn't carry what you are looking for if he is able to he will order it for you. P.S. it's really the only place around that has Dice Masters
I have been to this Comic shop multiple times, only because I think it somehow would be different from previous visits. I am met with good customer service. However I think this shop tends to be a bit over priced on their specialty comics. Comics that average a certain price on sites such as eBay are sometimes double that in the shop. The back issue portion of the shop is not very well organized. As polite as the employee is I feel like I am not being listened too when asking questions or seeing if he can provide certain things. I'd rather go an hot and a half out of my way into Austin to visit another shop than to go back to a shop that has little selection of comics.
